A wide range of magnetic core materials is available, including ferrite, silicon steel, permalloy, and nanocrystalline. We will match the most suitable solution based on your application frequency, loss requirements, and cost targets.
2. Electrical Parameters
Technical specifications such as inductance, number of turns, winding method, insulation class, potting, and impregnation processes can all be fully customized. For special requirements, please contact us directly to confirm feasibility.
3. Colors, Encapsulation & Terminal Treatment
Coating, encapsulation materials, and terminal surface treatment are available in multiple color options including black, gray, blue, and green. The specific color scheme can be fully customized according to your preferences.
4. Size & Shape
Transformers, inductors, and various magnetic components can be produced in any size and shape, from standard round or rectangular forms to irregular structures designed to fit your PCB layout constraints.
5. Marking & Identification
Multiple marking methods are supported, including laser engraving, screen printing, hot stamping, and custom labels. Your brand logo, part numbers, or specification parameters can be printed as needed.
6. Packaging Solutions
Custom packaging options such as anti-static bags, trays, and branded gift boxes are available. Custom packaging can also be arranged for small-batch orders (subject to minimum order quantity).
Customization Process
Requirement and specification confirmation (electrical parameters, operating environment, structural constraints) → Material selection and solution design with drawings and professional quotation → Free sample prototyping and testing → Small-batch trial production to verify process stability → Mass production with full inspection → Delivery and after-sales tracking. Quotations for standard orders are provided within 1-3 business days.
Lead Time, Warranty & Technical Support
- Sample orders: lead time is typically 7-10 business days;
- Mass production orders: lead time is approximately 25-30 business days, subject to order specifications;
- Standard product warranty: 12 months from the date of delivery; quality issues within the warranty period can be reported to us at any time for resolution;
- To ensure rapid response to technical and customization needs, we have built our own in-house laboratory capable of efficiently completing solution validation and failure analysis.

Free Samples
