At 1 kHz and 0.3 V, the primary inductance is 56 mH minimum and the secondary is 800 mH minimum; at 25 °C, the DC resistance is 1.6 Ω for the primary and 17 Ω for the secondary, with a tolerance of ±15%. The device covers the 50 Hz to 20 kHz band and is designed for low distortion within this range, which is why it is described as both a voice coupling transformer and a data coupling transformer.
